I sent this comment to the Irish Times:

Before you start with boycotts, you should read a conversation called “No More Taking Sides” with Robi Damelin (Israeli) and Ali Abu Awwad (Palestinian). Transcript at http://www.onbeing.org/program/no-more-taking-sides/transcript/4939#main_content

Ms. Damelin: [re: Caterpillar boycott]…you’re taking that money away from Caterpillar and you’re making a big noise about it so you will unite the right and the left in Israel and they’ll call you anti-Semitic. Is that what you want?
We keep saying, “Stop taking sides. Please do not be pro-Israel, please do not be pro-Palestine. Look for a solution,” because if you’re pro one of us, you’re not helping.

When a Country like Ireland has its own financial problems yet allows Newspapers like The Irish Times to publish negative articles designed to do noting less than incite and which have no bearing upon it;s own financial woes. It might do well to concentrate its readers minds on home affairs and it’s nose out of other Countries problems and hopefully the day when once again
Irish Eyes are Smiling the world might again smile upon them.

Until then their clock continues to tick http://www.financedublin.com/debtclock.php

I wonder where were all these nice people when thousands of missile rockets amied at Ashdod Ashklon Sherdort Netivot? Those missiles were tagered at civilians. Is it a war crime?

Also the Mr. Mahmud Abas has been inciting againest Israel and has broken the Oslo agreement for so may time, where were these nice people? Few examples and there more:
    - Plastinian autorithy schools teach that there is not Israel, one has just to look at their map.
    - They name street after cold blood killer (Jew’s blood does not count)
    - They want all the Jews to evacuate the West Bank, but what about the Arabs in our side. Is it not racism?

    Those people are jus hypocrites!

Ireland is economically challenged. It can’t meet its financial challenges. In NYC we see much less of Iteland’s exports selling in major department stores. Ireland is suffering from a huge euro 63 debt and has been begging for more bailouts.

Why would Ireland now wish to engage in economic warfare?
When do the Irish citizens who are being harmed by the monsterous economic policies demand better rather than have the media attack Israel. Do we need another “Modest Proposal” by a modern day Swift because Ireland would rather divert attention from its economic woes.

Shalom.. I will just quote/misquote Barry Williams; I especially like the last sentence! “Your [sic] nothing more than a vile narrow minded racist and do more damage to the love of Israel and Jews that many non Jews have than you know. Sadly your [sic] too arrogant to see above your own self IMPOTENCE.” How interesting to see that this applies to the zionists themselves… Can’t you at least be brave and acknowledge and admit that those settlements are illegal according to the so called international laws, as you boost of being democratic and peaceful nation [zionist entity” … It all boils down to ignorance and bigotry..

They have conquered many AINCIENT countries (Persia, Assyria, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Libya, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kashmir, etc. etc.), killing their inhabitants (“infidels”), & taken possession over their wealth.

They have become wealthy enough to buy media, reporters, History re-builders, and writers, to invent and spread their NARRATIVE (STORIES) over and over. And people love FICTION.

One of these invented STORIES is Moslem “ownership”. They have the conviction that they must OWN the universe.

Each side in this conflict can quote/misquote many citations.

Nowadays, the center of media is NARRATIVE, instead of REALITY, TRUTH, FACTS of LIFE, HISTORY (= past ACTUALITIES)

Islam, as compared with Christianity, Zoroasteria, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, is a rather young Polito-Religion invented about 1,400 years ago.

But their habit is to deny facts of life that has been existing and documented centuries before, and love to invent and tell STORIES instead HISTORY.

They have attracted many people to their NARATIVE. How?

I am in complete agreement with everything you say.

Now how do we get that information to the rest of the world and how do we convince them of the truth.

I feel the biggest obstacle, other than anti Semitism, is the enormous wealth of OPEC that is being used to bribe not just the media but government agencies, educational facilities, unions and even religious organizations.

Our words are being drowned out by the din of rattling coins and gurgling oil.

Any competent international lawyer can make the easy case for the settlements. Why beat a dead horse?
It’s the Arab League that’s kept the media pot boiling all these years. But no final and meaningful negotiations can take place until indemnification to the Jews from Arab countries is provided for the huge 1947-67 personal losses they sustained: expropriated businesses and lands acquired over, in some cases, a 2600 year Jewish presence. The outrage committed against those Jews far exceeds any and all Palestinian Arab complaints.
What about the 400,000 Palestinians who were savagely driven out of a Gulf state recently? Where’s UNRWA? Where’s the media?

There’s really no point arguing about issues with people who have already made up their mind as to what they believe. Some people will still hear what is being said but these particular people are not going to hear becuse their minds are made up. You cannot .change their views.

But what you can do is change the conversation when these issues come up. Visit free weekly news of Israel’s achievements at http://www.verygoodnewsisrael.blogspot.com and talk about what Israel IS doing to make the world a better place.

In an objective, fair, and rational environment you could be right. But alas! None of these concepts are valid in our modern world, under besiege of Fundamental Islamic narrative. In their EYES:
      - Your land and mine are theirs, and we are both invaders
      - You and I must pay them ransom to be able to exist! Otherwise we are doomed to death by Islamic sword. Except that:
      - To save our lives we should submit: either to their will, or become their slaves.
      - As slaves we are obliged to bring them profit & relief

They perceiv “Good thing” you do and Israel does, as paying our duty and obligation, & not as humanitarian gesture or favor!

Will the Jews ever realize that the majority of the world and the United Nazis hate Judaism and will never take kindly to Jews. What happenen when Gaza was given to the garbage people? They torched the nursuries and clean buildings that the stupid Jews gave to them. Now the United Nazis and Hillary Clinton are pushing Israel to the brink again. If Israel does not stand up to the evil that surrounds them they deserve to lose

I wonder sometimes if it isn’t much like the students in a classroom hating a classmate who always has the answer, always gets the A’s, is teacher’s pet, and gets all kinds of prizes. They’d rather see him knocked into the mud as often as possible so that they can feel good about themselves. I’m sure that his classmates would like him to take it personally, but maybe if he could join them in laughing at himself and not take himself so seriously. Naw! That wouldn’t work either. Maybe if he could jump off a cliff, they could go back to being dysfunctional fools.

Muslim Fundamentalists Target any and all Non-Mulims, even if the are not those “Bright, Keen, Smart, Students”, that raise envy by class-mates.

Non-Muslims are ALL targeted. Period! As simple as that!

They see it as a prime Religious Obligation (“SAWAB”), far more higher that any other SAWAB!

Hatred to non-Muslims is rooted deep in their scripts.

Israel prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 17:1 stated Damascus will become a ruinous heap. (1) Assad lives in Damascus (2) Downtown Damascus has a large chemical factory. It seems like this prophecy will take place in front of our very own eyes. Know anyone in Damascus? Tell them to leave this city at once. Assad is mad and most likely will target Israel before Israel destroys Damascus.

Does the Associated Press know(or care) that Gaza is NOT occupied? Israel left Gaza unilaterally-all that Israel got in return is rockets and missiles. American Jews paid for the greenhouses so the Gazans could use them. When the Israelis left, the Palestinians destroyed the greenhouses instead of using them for a wonderful resource for their people. I know this is “old news” , but I many people, the world over, believe Gaza was left as a wasteland .

I’ve never seen the Gaza shoreline, but drove Israel’s wondrous Herzlia to Bat Yam coastal beach park line yesterday, and it beats anything I’ve ever seen on any other beach areas of the Mediterranean or Southern California. I hadn’t seen it for more than fifty years. What beauty! What artistry! I am confident that the Gaza shoreline like Israel’s will make many an investor a millionaire once they put their imaginations to tourism or better purposes. I can’t help but believe that many a Hamas leader isn’t secretly buying up shoreline property there while keeping the public diverted with hate sloganeering.

Rulers gain control, confiscate land, & International Aid, forget obligation to people’s wellbeing, keep them poor & measurable, so that International Community send them more aid and money …

Israel’s UN Ambassador Ron Prosor said it: we must negotiate the 1948 Palestine Arab issue, but we must also negotiate the 1948 matter of the 850,000 Jewish refugees from Arab lands. Both groups deserve justice at long last.

It makes little sense to negotiate one issue without the other. They are related, cause and effect events.

The United Arab Nations and its allies, most of the European Union countries, exist for one reason and one reason only: To destroy the ONLY Democracy in the Middle East. Israel has been castigated more than any other country for human rights violations including countries such as China, North Korea, and every Arab country.
Every Arab country is APARTHEID, Israel is NOT. Does Israel screw up at times? Of course, but compared to the horrendous human rights violations in Communist and dictatorship countries, Israel is clean as a whistle.
Jew-hate is the basic reason behind anti-Israel movements. The late Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. said it clearly: Anti-Israeli actions are antisemitism.

An impression that may or may not have any validity is that historically successive religions tend to give themselves a differentiating boost by rejecting or ridiculing the religion that they mean to supercede e.g. Christianity, Muslimism, Lutheranism. They usually begin by trying to be inclusive of Jewry, but when rejected by the Jews, they heap columny upon Jewry. Their followers can’t discern the fact that this was just a launching strategy seeking adherents for the new religion and not indisputably an inherent flaw in Jewish dogma. Literal bumpkins don’t recognize the strategy but use it to rationalize and perpetuate their own Jew hatred.

Yahoo has just deleted the entire comments section at an article of theirs about the “Jewish representatives in the US congress declining”, where there was a total of only FOUR comments by commentators in the comments section, and ALL four of them spoke BLUNT antisemitism.

Ten of the Thirteen Brothers and Sisters of my hungarian Grandmother were gased in auschwitz, and only two years ago in 2010, explicitly antisemite, JEW-HATING and PRO-HITLER young MUSLIMS broke my nose and split my lip and ended my singer career. My face had to be sown together again.

    Dear Madam Kurtin,
    Dear Dr. Otero,

I am very proud on You and for myself sad now. I don’t have a doctor’s
degree, but I am surely an intellectual. Your statements are the most
valuable ones, most comments here are excellent, because only, or,
almost only such people come here, who intend to help and support Israel
    and Judaism.

“Hamas” men have two weeks ago (Nov 2012) murdered six Palestinians
on the very streets of Gaza! They shot them in the head for being alleged
“spies”, and DRAGGED one of them on a ROPE tied to one of their motor-
bikes, through the streets of Gaza.

In most cases, the outside world press is reporting totally abusively about
the so-called “israel-palestine” conflict, biased in favor now, since Obama
took the american throne, of not the Palestinians, but in favor of the “Hamas”,
a murder and terror organisation whose declared and just two days ago
on the 9th December 2012 by the hamas chief called “Meshaal” repeatedly
mentioned goal and aim it is, to actually DESTROY Israel, to KILL ALL
JEWS and to WIPE THEM, ISRAEL AND THE JEWS, “OFF THE MAP”.

As some other excellent Person here above also comments upon, many,
foremostly Gazan, but also Westbankian schools — AND online profiles
of Palestinians!!! — feature maps which are all in the exact “JIHAD”-Green,
all over the territory of the WHOLE of Israel, and Palestinians claim to
be “NOT IN ISRAEL, but IN PALESTINE”.

Rabin was murdered by either hamas, jihad, or by other jewish ultra-orthodox
not better than alkaida maniacs, for the sole purpose as Ghandi and ML King
and JFK and Anwar El Sadat were murdered (“assassinated”): to keep peace
from happening. So people die, and they die, are murdered, because of the
hatred of people who are actually already dead, and have given their hatred,
passed it on, to their offspring. Many Muslims in the muslim countries
are brainwashed into hailing suicide bombing against Israel. — AND against
USA too, but…. you know, since 911, nothing BIG happened, and Michael
Moore, the only “stupid white” man, is quite successfully soothing the ears
of that buncha half-weirdos over there if you asketh me, “yo”, as ” ‘ Bummer”
always says in between… and then some referee-style words seemingly
defending Israel, but also slamming it: ” Hamas rockets are no good, but
not either escalation of conflict by Israel”, says the US President.

I think Jews in Israel are not happy about Obama. He should also in my view
take much more a pro-Israel stance, and if the whole world sees, that with
him, it doesn’t come from himself, from his heart, but because other (good!
    - and not only Jewish!) People force him to, then, that is NOT good, all in all.

Or maybe, no one forces him. I don’t think so. Frankly. !

My nose is twitchin now endlessly, and incessantly. Will go train myself in
