PA Interior Minister Omar Abdel-Razeq, quoted by Reuters, on the deployment of a new pro-Fatah militia in Jenin:
“This is unbelievable that each faction deploys members in the streets and says it is a back-up force.”
So much for Mahmoud Abbas’ favorite saying, “One authority, one law, one gun.”
