I know that the fence diverges from the Green Line–and with good reason–but I’m not clear on which parts of the West Bank it stands. As I recall, the West Bank is divided into A, B, and C areas. Does the security barrier infringe on the A areas of full Palestinian control, or is it only in B and C areas?

It would be more precise if it showed the barrier as being a fence (as over 90% if it is) with the U.N using scissors.
