Jews & Israelis must retake the narrative. We must confront those in our own community that distort the facts and promote the false words of our enemies.
We must educate our own and stop them from giving credibility to the propaganda and bias of Jew haters.
Some Jews fear a Christian caring a bible more than a terrorist carrying a bomb.
Some Jews are more concerned about the human rights of terrorists than where a Jew lives and how he worships

Mr.Koehler,I received a reply I think directed at me ,but I am unsure.I am an Israel supporter from the United States and in your comment before my other comment you don’t support Hamas,so why call me names.Now I may be wrong and those “words” were not for me,but if they were I am beyond name calling ,except I use the libtard word here regarding the people? who are socio/communo ists! What they can do is wage a campaign similar to FLAME and publicize the facts as they are,warts and all.If some people already have their minds made up then you can’t do anything with them.The people unsaware of the truth of the situation must be known,more publicity.That is what the opposite side is doing,plus use press connections and websites.I always print favorably towards Israel,but I know the facts.

We must first start with the enemies within, I am talking the hopeless liberal Jews who did not learn the lesson from WW2! We are at war! Liberal Jews are the weapons our enemies use to justify their anti-Israel and anti-semitic views. Make no mistakes about it, being anti-Israel is the new being anti Jew, it is just their new way of appearing politically correct.
I spend a lot of time trying to show the lights to other Jews, some get it but most just don’t. Our friends from yesterday like the left and the Democrat party in the US, are our enemies today. The current President in the US is no better for Israel than Chirac!
Liberal Jews should be reminded that they are safe nowhere, even here in the US, we need a strong Israel!

First, I agree with David A… the enemy within is our worst enemy… especially well known Jewish university professors (Noam Chomsky, John Mearsheimer?) who write anti-Israel articles and books. Second, we need to make an effort to educate the largest minorities in our country… namely African Americans and Hispanic Americans, especially those with ties to their original homelands. Hispanics are the fastest growing minority group in the US and we have many Jews who speak Spanish as their native language. We should use them to speak to church and civic groups to give them the true history of the middle east. Third, we need to send these spanish speaking emissaries to Spain and South American countries to educate the people there. Fourth, we need to find a way to get the truth to the other peoples of the world, mainly Europe, where the press is anti-Israel.

Very true on the Hispanic front. I am married to an Hispanic woman and most of my friends are Hispanics here in Florida, I have been very active spreading the truth regarding Israel and have been succesfull at it. There is a very big problem though with Central Americans and Brazil, other countries have higher education level and do not fall so easily to the purveyors of lies.

We should display to the world what the discriminating media rarely does — show the charitable side of Israel. Weren’t they amongst the first to rush to help victims of the Tsunami and Haiti earthquake? They help all people. What about the charity, Save A Child’s Heart? It is Israeli, and who do they operate on primarily? Muslim children. They help all people. That’s got to mean something. And if they can’t convince the world of how much good they do, even for their enemies — well then the world just doesn’t want Israel to exist. Period.

Citizens of the USA should insist that Congress and the President pass a new bill proposed by Ileana Ros-Lehtinen to defund Pakistan, the Palestinian Authority, Yemen, Egypt and others, unless they meet stringent conditions, such as the PA’s ending incitement against Israel and Jews in their media and schools. This bill is being fiercely fought against by Hillary Clinton. The The USA govt under this administration is nearly bankrupt, and yet is insisting on continuing to fund virulently anti-American and anti-Israel countries. It is totally bankrupt in morality.

Ileana Ros-Lehtinen is absolutely right, why give money to countries that hate us and preach hate not only toward Israel and the Jews but also against the United States. I don’t think the United States can afford another 4 years of a pathetic dysfunctional and corrupt Government like we have now. As far as Israel is concerned, the only reason the United States is saying that they will veto a palestinian state declaration in September is because the Obama Government knows they on thin ice with the upcoming elections, if Obama thought for an instant that his re-election was guaranteed, Israel would be in a much graver situations…

Always hand on the light IF we just happen to have it. Closely observe the constantly changing situation and react accordingly. Back those who do right even if everybody falls on their back.
Pray for times aren’t easy for Israel.
If we get a possibility to correct Arab sight of things it’s a sign of the Sky that THIS is what’s
now requested of us. (And IF that is the case it’ll be possible even though no direct Arabic communication possible…) Changing the Arab view would change everything!

1) Make certain Obama doesn’t get re-elected. Do NOTHING to support the democrats in the upcoming presidential election.
2) Encourage HR, Flame, Camera, and all other pro-Israel groups to be as vocal as possible in promoting Israel’s position on the world stage. Preaching to the choir is insufficient.
3) Everyone should consider him/herself an advocate; read the various media as much as you can and write responses (approving or disapproving). Call or write to politicians, newspapers, radio and tv stations, blogs, etc.
4) Support Christian organizations which suopport Israel. Christians United for Israel has 720,000 enthusiasticly supportive of Israel members.
5) Speak out against the die-hard liberal jews who don’t care about, or are outright hostile to Israel.

Genesis 12:3. GOD is clear that HE will bless those who bless Israel.

Defending Israel efficiently is a very difficult if not almost impossible task. As state by some before we ourselves are sometimes our worse ennemies and we obviously have to first try to convince our stray fellow Jews of the righteousness of our cause. Every single individual efforts to explain and to plead our case helps. Not a single accusation or critic of Israel should ever remain unanswered and must be forcefully addressed. We can no longer afford the luxury of wishful thinking, to be complacent and to believe that everything will be all right. One essential, fundamental truth, as history should have told us, is that we never have been really accepted by the world, nor have we ever known a prolonged period of quite without any existencial threat. We are condemned to fight, we must predict bad tidings, outsmart our ennemies and attack our detractors always and everywhere.

Hej,I don’t know where your historical backround lies,but the Israelites were God’s chosen people and so the land picked for the Hebrews thousands of years ago cannot be taken away because of Muhammad’s teachings around 632 A.D.Jesus was in history a historical figure giving his life in meekness.Muhammad was a political warrior who killed to get what he wanted.I won’t reply because this can never be rectified unless one of us change our minds.I doubt that will happen here.Peace.

I do agree with John regarding HEJ’s comments. HEJ you clearly are not a student of history and I am not sure what “juice” you have been drinking. Palestine does not exist…it is the wet kiss of the Romans to the conquered Jewish community of Israel. The so called Palestinians became identified as such after the 6 Day war. The so called West Bank was illegally occupied by Jordan after the war of 1948. The same can be said of Gaza which was occupied by Egypt upon the conclusion of the War of Independence. There has been a cosistent Jewish presence in Israel for over 3500 years. Further, the Arab nations have had a love affair with Nazism and Communism. The idea of a Jewish Nation was toxic to them. Until, the Arab nations and the PLO and Hamas fully recognize Israel and stop the teaching of hate to its children, then there can be peace.
