    Benjamin Netanyahu is a great Prime Minister and a man who has attempted to make peace but realizes that it is next to impossible for this to even happen and it’s mainly because, their are those who really believe Israel does not have a right to exist in Israel mush less, anywhere else. Israel is a small piece of land but has great significance to the Jewish people, as well as the Christian people. Israel has a right to defend themselves, I was very proud of this man for once again stating the obvious. I have to wonder if the world has gone deaf and refuses to acknowledge Israels right to live in peace. Most sane people want peace but we all realize there are those who refuse to make peace, no matter what.

      Regardless of the concessions Israel makes, Arabs will never recognize the Jewish state and are sworn to destroy her.

      This Peace is always complicated, but at the same time easy. B/c it requires inner security and strength and love for the other.
      Peace doesn’t require land as such – it requires the other person to accept and to be. Also self-determination should be possible w/o a state. You can also live a self – determened life under Israeli rule, if you love peace. If I’m not mistaken the Palestinians are just part of family of all Arabs or are the same like Jordanians and Syrian – it’s just like the Bavarians and Germany. Self-determination requires of the Palestinians to love themselves more than they hate the Jews and to accept them; then everything can fall into place, no more roadeblocks etc.
      Likewise Germans who couldn’t travel that easily through the Zones back then, but they accepted it, b/c they utterly failed in confronting Hitler…it requires from the Palestinians to do some reflecting and also stand up against Hamas and Fatah, it requires to accept that not every evil is from Israel.
      But more importantly to note is that it’s not possible due to Hamas and Fatah TV Propaganda. God has to change the hearts, like he promised through prophet Sacharijah.

      Mr. Jackson. Criticising Bibi is easy. He made a few points clear in his speech..That had to be done (not enough to my liking!). Let’s hear your own proposal for peace. A just peace that must take historic truth, moral standing and international law (and the law of war) into consideration. Explain me further with whom and about what is there to negotiate.The Arabs, Islam-Fascists, Hamas, Hizbollah & Co. want us out of here preferably dead. The “problem” is that the aggressors (and losers) were never made to pay (by the immoral hypocritical international community) for their aggressons. Where do we go from here?!?

      Then Harvey- What do you suggest he, or for that matter any Israeli PM should say and do?
      Go “Belly Up”

      Whats the alternative- Give the West Bank to Fatach and Hamas- leaving a 9 Km distance from the sea!
      Do you think that will be the end of hostilities?
      How do you deal with this-
      Here I quote from The Covenant of the Islamic Resistance Movement. (HAMAS)

      “Our struggle against the Jews is very great and very serious. It needs all sincere efforts,
      . The Islamic Resistance movement is but one squadron that should be supported… until the enemy is vanquished and Allah victory is realized. It strives to raise the banner of Allah over every inch of Palestine…….”

      “The prophet…. has said “The day of judgement will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews, killing the Jews, when the Jews will hide behind the stones and the trees. The stones and the trees will say “there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him”…
      There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavours. Palestine is an Islamic land”…..

    I believe Bibi has every right to quote Psalm 120:
    1 “In my distress I called unto HaShem, and He answered me.
    2 O HaShem, deliver my soul from lying lips, from a deceitful tongue.
    3 What shall be given unto thee, and what shall be done more unto thee, thou deceitful tongue?
    4 Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of broom.
    5 Woe is me, that I sojourn with Meshech, that I dwell beside the tents of Kedar!
    6 My soul hath full long had her dwelling with him that hateth peace.
    7 I am all peace; but when I speak, they are for war.”

    Michael Dar : comment:
    After visiting the Gaza strip in march 1957 – the USA forced Israel to return that land conquest , back to the Egyptians , whilst the children screamed NASSER -NASSER . By 1967 this group of kids were fighting in the six day war in June 1967 against Israel .Then immediatley the center politics in Israel wished to exchange land for peace.So what happened -why no peace ? Both sides entrenched ,Israel received an influx of RUSSIAN and USA right wing Jews either religious as with the USA immigrants or right wing and anti -left mainly russian groups. [ 19 90's ] The arabs stressed their ” displaced from their homeland propoganda successfully and with Petro-dollars their case was brainwashed into the western governments.
    HOW CAN WE POSSIBLY SQUEEZE ANOTHER COUNTRY [PALESTINE] between Israel and Jordan .Every country in the world deludes itself that its feasible.It is neither viable nor contiguous land . The only true solution is that Jordan which has already a 60 % population of Palestinians becomes the future Palestine .BUT the Arabs really do not wish a true peaceful solution -they do not want a jewish sovereign homeland country in the middle east.
    So neither Bibi or the Likud fanatic religious politics or the UN or the EU will bring us peace .BIBI’S hands are tied he cannot make any moves -because he wishes to stay in POWER – .So where do we go from here ? After living here in Israel for 54 years thru all the wars etc – no change under the sun.

      Oh! Harvey-
      What land Palestine? It never existed- It uniquely has been under foreign rule since the Roman invasion.

      The change will only come when the Muslim Arab world recognises Israel as the only Jewish state in the World.
      And when do you think that will happen?

      Israel has no one else that they can trust but G-D and they need to turn to Him…The prophecies of Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Joel, Zechariah & more tell the story..Israel, despite all that is written which will happen-IS the chosen people of G-D. there isn’t any man made cult that ever be able to do that! Pray to the Lord Israel–you will not get any real help from any other human source!

        Susan, your opinion is so right ! It is indeed the wish of the God of Israel that His people live in the country of Israel, and possess the land, and His Will must be done in Heaven and on Earth. The only thing that the Jewish people should think about carefully is the fact that their God also orders them to treat the non-Jews who are also living in Israel with kindness.
        Here we access the core of the problem : those people are mostly islamic Arabs, whose religion teaches them Islam will be the ultimate and only world religion, and that they must remove Jewry, Christianity, Buddhism… from the face of the earth. That is the reason why they always build their mosques on top of Jewish temples, Christian churches or Buddhist temples.
        My personal conclusion : This problem cannot be solved, an inevitable clash of religions will occur sooner than later. This problem is too hot to handle.

        You are so right that a clash between them is coming. It is written in the Holy Bible and so IT WILL HAPPEN..

        No created man could, can, or will ever solve the situation in relation to Israel. Only ONE can and WILL. Jesus the Christ, the Messiah their fathers didn’t accept. Israel will wind up calling upon Him and actually SEEING the nail prints in His hands/wrists and feet.

        The God of Israel…the Great I AM sees exactly what is going on in this evil world..Only He can and will fix it. The days of Age of G-DS grace to the gentiles is growing to an end…I wouldn’t want to be lift behind to have to experience the travail that is coming upon the people who have chosen Satan’s lies over God’s Truth. That Truth is this.

        “For God so loved the world/us that He gave His only begotten Son so that whomsoever chooses to believe in Him-(by faith)-should not die-(the 2nd death)- but have everlasting life” John 3:16
        Zechariah 12:9-11
        And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

        And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

        In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.

          Susan, most of the world’s people are not Christian, and most on this board are Jewish. Think about your audience before preaching your faith.

            20. Jeremiah 31:31-34

            Description: The Suffering and Exaltation of the Messiah
            Prophecy: Isaiah 52:13-53:12

            13 See, my servant will act wisely;
            he will be raised and lifted up and highly exalted.
            14 Just as there were many who were appalled at him-
            his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any man
            and his form marred beyond human likeness-
            15 so will he sprinkle many nations,
            and kings will shut their mouths because of him.
            For what they were not told, they will see,
            and what they have not heard, they will understand.

            Isaiah 53 1 Who has believed our message
            and to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
            2 He grew up before him like a tender shoot,
            and like a root out of dry ground.
            He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him,
            nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.
            3 He was despised and rejected by men,
            a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering.
            Like one from whom men hide their faces
            he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
            4 Surely he took up our infirmities
            and carried our sorrows,
            yet we considered him stricken by God,
            smitten by him, and afflicted.
            5 But he was pierced for our transgressions,
            he was crushed for our iniquities;
            the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,
            and by his wounds we are healed.
            6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
            each of us has turned to his own way;
            and the LORD has laid on him
            the iniquity of us all.
            7 He was oppressed and afflicted,
            yet he did not open his mouth;
            he was led like a lamb to the slaughter,
            and as a sheep before her shearers is silent,
            so he did not open his mouth.
            8 By oppression and judgment he was taken away.
            And who can speak of his descendants?
            For he was cut off from the land of the living;
            for the transgression of my people he was stricken.
            9 He was assigned a grave with the wicked,
            and with the rich in his death,
            though he had done no violence,
            nor was any deceit in his mouth.
            10 Yet it was the LORD’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer,
            and though the LORD makes his life a guilt offering,
            he will see his offspring and prolong his days,
            and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand.
            11 After the suffering of his soul,
            he will see the light of life and be satisfied;
            by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many,
            and he will bear their iniquities.
            12 Therefore I will give him a portion among the great,
            and he will divide the spoils with the strong,
            because he poured out his life unto death,
            and was numbered with the transgressors.
            For he bore the sin of many, and made
            intercession for the transgressors.

            Fulfillment: 1 Peter 2:22-25; Romans 5:6-8; Philippians 2:6-11

            Description: The Servant’s Mission and Calling
            Prophecy: Isaiah 42:1-9

            1 “Here is my servant, whom I uphold,
            my chosen one in whom I delight;
            I will put my Spirit on him
            and he will bring justice to the nations.
            2 He will not shout or cry out,
            or raise his voice in the streets.
            3 A bruised reed he will not break,
            and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.
            In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;
            4 he will not falter or be discouraged
            till he establishes justice on earth.
            In his law the islands will put their hope.”
            5 This is what God the LORD says-
            he who created the heavens and stretched them out,
            who spread out the earth and all that comes out of it,
            who gives breath to its people,
            and life to those who walk on it:
            6 “I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness;
            I will take hold of your hand.
            I will keep you and will make you
            to be a covenant for the people
            and a light for the Gentiles,
            7 to open eyes that are blind,
            to free captives from prison
            and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.
            8 “I am the LORD ; that is my name!
            I will not give my glory to another
            or my praise to idols.
            9 See, the former things have taken place,
            and new things I declare;
            before they spring into being
            I announce them to you.”

            Fulfillment: Matthew 12:9-21

            Description: Israel’s Redeemer and a Light to the Nations
            Prophecy: Isaiah 49:1-7

            1 Listen to me, you islands;
            hear this, you distant nations:
            Before I was born the LORD called me;
            from my birth he has made mention of my name.
            2 He made my mouth like a sharpened sword,
            in the shadow of his hand he hid me;
            he made me into a polished arrow
            and concealed me in his quiver.
            3 He said to me, “You are my servant,
            Israel, in whom I will display my splendor.”
            4 But I said, “I have labored to no purpose;
            I have spent my strength in vain and for nothing.
            Yet what is due me is in the LORD’s hand,
            and my reward is with my God.”
            5 And now the LORD says-
            he who formed me in the womb to be his servant
            to bring Jacob back to him
            and gather Israel to himself,
            for I am honored in the eyes of the LORD
            and my God has been my strength-
            6 he says: “It is too small a thing for you to be my servant
            to restore the tribes of Jacob
            and bring back those of Israel I have kept.
            I will also make you a light for the Gentiles,
            that you may bring my salvation to the ends of the earth.”
            7 This is what the LORD says-
            the Redeemer and Holy One of Israel-
            to him who was despised and abhorred by the nation,
            to the servant of rulers:
            “Kings will see you and rise up,
            princes will see and bow down,
            because of the LORD, who is faithful,
            the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.”

            Fulfillment: Luke 4:16-20; Romans 11:25-26

            Description: The Servant’s Obedience
            Prophecy: Isaiah 50:4-10

            4 The Sovereign LORD has given me an instructed tongue,
            to know the word that sustains the weary.
            He wakens me morning by morning,
            wakens my ear to listen like one being taught.
            5 The Sovereign LORD has opened my ears,
            and I have not been rebellious;
            I have not drawn back.
            6 I offered my back to those who beat me,
            my cheeks to those who pulled out my beard;
            I did not hide my face
            from mocking and spitting.
            7 Because the Sovereign LORD helps me,
            I will not be disgraced.
            Therefore have I set my face like flint,
            and I know I will not be put to shame.
            8 He who vindicates me is near.
            Who then will bring charges against me?
            Let us face each other!
            Who is my accuser?
            Let him confront me!
            9 It is the Sovereign LORD who helps me.
            Who is he that will condemn me?
            They will all wear out like a garment;
            the moths will eat them up.
            10 Who among you fears the LORD
            and obeys the word of his servant?
            Let him who walks in the dark,
            who has no light,
            trust in the name of the LORD
            and rely on his God.

            Fulfillment: Matthew 26:67; 27:27-31

            Description: The Rejected Cornerstone, Chosen by God
            Prophecy: Psalm 118:22-23

            22 The stone the builders rejected
            has become the capstone;
            23 the LORD has done this,
            and it is marvelous in our eyes.

            Fulfillment: Matthew 21:33-44

            Description: Delivered Out of the Jaws of Death
            Prophecy: Psalm 22:1-31

            1 My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?
            Why are you so far from saving me,
            so far from the words of my groaning?
            2 O my God, I cry out by day, but you do not answer,
            by night, and am not silent.
            3 Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One;
            you are the praise of Israel.
            4 In you our fathers put their trust;
            they trusted and you delivered them.
            5 They cried to you and were saved;
            in you they trusted and were not disappointed.
            6 But I am a worm and not a man,
            scorned by men and despised by the people.
            7 All who see me mock me;
            they hurl insults, shaking their heads:
            8 “He trusts in the LORD ;
            let the LORD rescue him.
            Let him deliver him,
            since he delights in him.”
            9 Yet you brought me out of the womb;
            you made me trust in you
            even at my mother’s breast.
            10 From birth I was cast upon you;
            from my mother’s womb you have been my God.
            11 Do not be far from me,
            for trouble is near
            and there is no one to help.
            12 Many bulls surround me;
            strong bulls of Bashan encircle me.
            13 Roaring lions tearing their prey
            open their mouths wide against me.
            14 I am poured out like water,
            and all my bones are out of joint.
            My heart has turned to wax;
            it has melted away within me.
            15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd,
            and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth;
            you lay me in the dust of death.
            16 Dogs have surrounded me;
            a band of evil men has encircled me,
            they have pierced my hands and my feet.
            17 I can count all my bones;
            people stare and gloat over me.
            18 They divide my garments among them
            and cast lots for my clothing.
            19 But you, O LORD, be not far off;
            O my Strength, come quickly to help me.
            20 Deliver my life from the sword,
            my precious life from the power of the dogs.
            21 Rescue me from the mouth of the lions;
            save me from the horns of the wild oxen.
            22 I will declare your name to my brothers;
            in the congregation I will praise you.
            23 You who fear the LORD, praise him!
            All you descendants of Jacob, honor him!
            Revere him, all you descendants of Israel!
            24 For he has not despised or disdained
            the suffering of the afflicted one;
            he has not hidden his face from him
            but has listened to his cry for help.
            25 From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly;
            before those who fear you will I fulfill my vows.
            26 The poor will eat and be satisfied;
            they who seek the LORD will praise him-
            may your hearts live forever!
            27 All the ends of the earth
            will remember and turn to the LORD,
            and all the families of the nations
            will bow down before him,
            28 for dominion belongs to the LORD
            and he rules over the nations.
            29 All the rich of the earth will feast and worship;
            all who go down to the dust will kneel before him-
            those who cannot keep themselves alive.
            30 Posterity will serve him;
            future generations will be told about the Lord.
            31 They will proclaim his righteousness
            to a people yet unborn-
            for he has done it.

            Fulfillment: Mark 15:16-37; 16:1-7

            Description: Risen from the Grave
            Prophecy: Psalm 16:7-11

            7 I will praise the LORD, who counsels me;
            even at night my heart instructs me.
            8 I have set the LORD always before me.
            Because he is at my right hand,
            I will not be shaken.
            9 Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices;
            my body also will rest secure,
            10 because you will not abandon me to the grave,
            nor will you let your Holy One see decay.
            11 You have made known to me the path of life;
            you will fill me with joy in your presence,
            with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

            Fulfillment: Acts 2:22-33–>>{ASB}
            Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God unto you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, even as ye yourselves know; him, being delivered up by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye by the hand of lawless men did crucify and slay: whom God raised up, having loosed the pangs of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

            For David saith concerning him, I beheld the Lord always before my face; For he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: Therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced; Moreover my flesh also shall dwell in hope: Because thou wilt not leave my soul unto Hades, Neither wilt thou give thy Holy One to see corruption.

            Thou madest known unto me the ways of life; Thou shalt make me full of gladness with thy countenance. Brethren, I may say unto you freely of the patriarch David, that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us unto this day.

            Being therefore a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins he would set one upon his throne; he foreseeing this spake of the resurrection of the Christ, that neither was he left unto Hades, nor did his flesh see corruption.

            This Jesus did God raise up, whereof we all are witnesses. Being therefore by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he hath poured forth this, which ye see and hear.

            Description: Exalted to God’s Right Hand
            Prophecy: Psalm 110:1-6

            1 The LORD says to my Lord:
            “Sit at my right hand
            until I make your enemies
            a footstool for your feet.”
            2 The LORD will extend your mighty scepter from Zion;
            you will rule in the midst of your enemies.
            3 Your troops will be willing
            on your day of battle.
            Arrayed in holy majesty,
            from the womb of the dawn
            you will receive the dew of your youth.
            4 The LORD has sworn
            and will not change his mind:
            “You are a priest forever,
            in the order of Melchizedek.”
            5 The Lord is at your right hand;
            he will crush kings on the day of his wrath.
            6 He will judge the nations, heaping up the dead
            and crushing the rulers of the whole earth.

            Fulfillment: Matthew 22:41-46; Acts 2:34-36; Acts 7:56; Hebrews 7:11-22

            Matthew 22:41-46 (American Standard Version)

            41 Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question,

            42 saying, What think ye of the Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The son of David.

            43 He saith unto them, How then doth David in the Spirit call him Lord, saying,

            44 The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I put thine enemies underneath thy feet?

            45 If David then calleth him Lord, how is he his son?

            46 And no one was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.

            Acts 2:34-36

            34 For David ascended not into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

            35 Till I make thine enemies the footstool of thy feet.

            36 Let all the house of Israel therefore know assuredly, that God hath made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom ye crucified.

            Acts 7:56
            American Standard Version (ASV)

            56 and said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing on the right hand of God.
            -
            Hebrews 7:11-22
            American Standard Version (ASV)

            11 Now if there was perfection through the Levitical priesthood (for under it hath the people received the law), what further need was there that another priest should arise after the order of Melchizedek, and not be reckoned after the order of Aaron?

            12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.

            13 For he of whom these things are said belongeth to another tribe, from which no man hath given attendance at the altar.

            14 For it is evident that our Lord hath sprung out of Judah; as to which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priests.

            15 And what we say is yet more abundantly evident, if after the likeness of Melchizedek there ariseth another priest,

            16 who hath been made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life:

            17 for it is witnessed of him, Thou art a priest for ever After the order of Melchizedek.

            18 For there is a disannulling of a foregoing commandment because of its weakness and unprofitableness

            19 (for the law made nothing perfect), and a bringing in thereupon of a better hope, through which we draw nigh unto God.

            20 And inasmuch as it is not without the taking of an oath

            21 (for they indeed have been made priests without an oath; but he with an oath by him that saith of him, The Lord sware and will not repent himself, Thou art a priest for ever);

            22 by so much also hath Jesus become the surety of a better covenant.

            6 For to us a child is born,
            to us a son is given,

            establishing and upholding it

            from that time on and forever.
            The zeal of the LORD Almighty

            Description: God’s Anointed Ruler and Son
            Prophecy: Psalm 2:1-12

            1 Why do the nations conspire
            and the peoples plot in vain?
            2 The kings of the earth take their stand
            and the rulers gather together
            against the LORD
            and against his Anointed One.
            3 “Let us break their chains,” they say,
            “and throw off their fetters.”
            4 The One enthroned in heaven laughs;
            the Lord scoffs at them.
            5 Then he rebukes them in his anger
            and terrifies them in his wrath, saying,
            6 “I have installed my King
            on Zion, my holy hill.”
            7 I will proclaim the decree of the LORD :
            He said to me, “You are my Son;
            today I have become your Father.
            8 Ask of me,
            and I will make the nations your inheritance,
            the ends of the earth your possession.
            9 You will rule them with an iron scepter;
            you will dash them to pieces like pottery.”
            10 Therefore, you kings, be wise;
            be warned, you rulers of the earth.
            11 Serve the LORD with fear
            and rejoice with trembling.
            12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry
            and you be destroyed in your way,
            for his wrath can flare up in a moment.
            Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

            Fulfillment: Matthew 3:17; Revelation 19:11-16

            Description: The Branch From Jesse
            Prophecy: Isaiah 11:1-10

            1 A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse;
            from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
            2 The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him-
            the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding,
            the Spirit of counsel and of power,
            the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD -
            3 and he will delight in the fear of the LORD .
            He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes,
            or decide by what he hears with his ears;
            4 but with righteousness he will judge the needy,
            with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth.
            He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth;
            with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.
            5 Righteousness will be his belt
            and faithfulness the sash around his waist.
            6 The wolf will live with the lamb,
            the leopard will lie down with the goat,
            the calf and the lion and the yearling together;
            and a little child will lead them.
            7 The cow will feed with the bear,
            their young will lie down together,
            and the lion will eat straw like the ox.
            8 The infant will play near the hole of the cobra,
            and the young child put his hand into the viper’s nest.
            9 They will neither harm nor destroy
            on all my holy mountain,
            for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD
            as the waters cover the sea.
            10 In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner
            for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his
            place of rest will be glorious.

            Fulfillment: Romans 15:12; Revelation 21:1-7

            Description: The Seventy “Sevens”
            Prophecy: Daniel 9:24-27

            24 “Seventy ‘sevens’ are decreed for your people
            and your holy city to finish transgression, to put
            an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in
            everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy
            and to anoint the most holy.
            25 “Know and understand
            this: From the issuing of the decree to restore and rebuild
            Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the ruler, comes, there
            will be seven ‘sevens,’ and sixty-two ‘sevens.’ It will be
            rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble.
            26 After the sixty-two ‘sevens,’ the Anointed One will be cut
            off and will have nothing. The people of the ruler who will
            come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will
            come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and
            desolations have been decreed.
            27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’
            In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice
            and offering. And on a wing of the temple he will set up
            an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that
            is decreed is poured out on him.

            Fulfillment: Hebrews 7:27; 9:24-28

            Description: The Divine Visitation to the Temple
            Prophecy: Malachi 3:1-6

            1 “See, I will send my messenger, who will prepare the
            way before me. Then suddenly the Lord you are seeking
            will come to his temple; the messenger of the covenant,
            whom you desire, will come,” says the LORD Almighty.
            But who can endure the day of his coming?
            Who can stand when he appears? For he will be like a
            refiner’s fire or a launderer’s soap.
            3 He will sit as a refiner
            and purifier of silver; he will purify the Levites and refine
            them like gold and silver. Then the LORD will have men
            who will bring offerings in righteousness,
            4 and the offerings
            of Judah and Jerusalem will be acceptable to the LORD,
            as in days gone by, as in former years.
            5 “So I will come near to you for judgment. I will be quick
            to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those
            who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows
            and the fatherless, and deprive aliens of justice, but do not fear
            me,” says the LORD Almighty.
            6 “I the LORD do not change.
            So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.

            Fulfillment: Matthew 21:10-13

            Description: The World Ruler from Judah
            Prophecy: Genesis 49:10

            10 The scepter will not depart from Judah,
            nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet,
            until he comes to whom it belongs
            and the obedience of the nations is his.

            Fulfillment: Revelation 5:5-14

            Description: The Coming of Zion’s King
            Prophecy: Zechariah 9:9

            9 Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion!
            Shout, Daughter of Jerusalem!
            See, your king comes to you,
            righteous and having salvation,
            gentle and riding on a donkey,
            on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

            Description: Mourning for the One They Pierced
            Prophecy: Zechariah 12:10-13:1

            10 “And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants
            of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look
            on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him
            as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as
            one grieves for a firstborn son.
            11 On that day the weeping in
            Jerusalem will be great, like the weeping of Hadad Rimmon
            in the plain of Megiddo.
            12 The land will mourn, each clan by
            itself, with their wives by themselves: the clan of the house
            f David and their wives, the clan of the house of Nathan and
            their wives,
            13 the clan of the house of Levi and their wives,
            the clan of Shimei and their wives,
            14 and all the rest of the
            clans and their wives.

            Zechariah 13: 1 “On that day a fountain

            13 “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was
            one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven.
            He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence.
            14 He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples,
            nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion
            is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom
            is one that will never be destroyed.

            Prophecy: Jeremiah 31:31-34

            31 “The time is coming,” declares the LORD,
            “when I will make a new covenant
            with the house of Israel
            and with the house of Judah.
            32 It will not be like the covenant
            I made with their forefathers
            when I took them by the hand
            to lead them out of Egypt,
            because they broke my covenant,
            though I was a husband to them,”
            declares the LORD .
            33 “This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel
            after that time,” declares the LORD .
            “I will put my law in their minds
            and write it on their hearts.
            I will be their God,
            and they will be my people.
            34 No longer will a man teach his neighbor,
            or a man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’
            because they will all know me,
            from the least of them to the greatest,”
            declares the LORD .
            “For I will forgive their wickedness
            and will remember their sins no more.”

          I am not preaching…I am sharing TRUTH. Soon all the world will know…if I indeed have “offended” anyone..for the offense I will apologize..for the Truth I will NOT. I shared it in the love that He put within my heart…no one knows my own story or why it is that I am so CERTAIN of every word that I said..and also of the scriptures that I left.

          I write in defense of Israel & the truth concerning Israel and the Jewish people worldwide. all over the www and also in letters of opinion that are published in Newspapers..My own local one the Editor has repeatedly published. I’ve come under attack for it. You name it…still it won’t prevent me from continuing for that either. I was only approximately 8 or 9 when this zeal for G-DS chosen ….only I took the wrong road for many years and there was only ONE that could ever change me from the inside out and set me FREE from the hell on earth I created for my own self by making -at an early age-choices that led me into bondage and misery. No hospital, no rehab, no psych ward, no jail…could ever do what only Jesus / Yeshua did. Through Him I am FREE and a new creature in Christ. After 36 years I was reborn…Theres no way I can even Help sharing the awesome truth that Jesus IS.

          As for the Jewish people here? I also have Jewish people in my own family & I would never do or say anything that would “hurt” you.. G-D speed Israel!!

          Psalm 22–A psalm of David.{This is about Christ Jesus}

          1 My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?
          Why are you so far from saving me,
          so far from my cries of anguish?
          2 My God, I cry out by day, but you do not answer,
          by night, but I find no rest.[b]

          3 Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One;
          you are the one Israel praises.[c]
          4 In you our ancestors put their trust;
          they trusted and you delivered them.
          5 To you they cried out and were saved;
          in you they trusted and were not put to shame.

          6 But I am a worm and not a man,
          scorned by everyone, despised by the people.
          7 All who see me mock me;
          they hurl insults, shaking their heads.
          8 “He trusts in the LORD,” they say,
          “let the LORD rescue him.
          Let him deliver him,
          since he delights in him.”

          9 Yet you brought me out of the womb;
          you made me trust in you, even at my mother’s breast.
          10 From birth I was cast on you;
          from my mother’s womb you have been my God.

          11 Do not be far from me,
          for trouble is near
          and there is no one to help.

          12 Many bulls surround me;
          strong bulls of Bashan encircle me.
          13 Roaring lions that tear their prey
          open their mouths wide against me.
          14 I am poured out like water,
          and all my bones are out of joint.
          My heart has turned to wax;
          it has melted within me.
          15 My mouth[d] is dried up like a potsherd,
          and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth;
          you lay me in the dust of death.

          16 Dogs surround me,
          a pack of villains encircles me;
          they pierce[e] my hands and my feet.
          17 All my bones are on display;
          people stare and gloat over me.
          18 They divide my clothes among them
          and cast lots for my garment.

          19 But you, LORD, do not be far from me.
          You are my strength; come quickly to help me.
          20 Deliver me from the sword,
          my precious life from the power of the dogs.
          21 Rescue me from the mouth of the lions;
          save me from the horns of the wild oxen.

          22 I will declare your name to my people;
          in the assembly I will praise you.
          23 You who fear the LORD, praise him!
          All you descendants of Jacob, honor him!
          Revere him, all you descendants of Israel!
          24 For he has not despised or scorned
          the suffering of the afflicted one;
          he has not hidden his face from him
          but has listened to his cry for help.

          25 From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly;
          before those who fear you[f] I will fulfill my vows.
          26 The poor will eat and be satisfied;
          those who seek the LORD will praise him—
          may your hearts live forever!

          27 All the ends of the earth
          will remember and turn to the LORD,
          and all the families of the nations
          will bow down before him,
          28 for dominion belongs to the LORD
          and he rules over the nations.

          29 All the rich of the earth will feast and worship;
          all who go down to the dust will kneel before him—
          those who cannot keep themselves alive.
          30 Posterity will serve him;
          future generations will be told about the Lord.
          31 They will proclaim his righteousness,
          declaring to a people yet unborn:
          He has done it!

      I presume as stated, I wrote this comment back in may 2011, what is Michael Dar’s purpose in quoting my comment from last year?
      Two days ago I replied to an article in France 24 news online re – President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu meeting at the White House, written from the Georgetown University Center for Arab studies . The ” Palestine” issue was not on the agenda – the crucial issue is Iran forging ahead towards nuclear capability ! The Arab study Center never related to Iran -only interested in pushing their agenda to nourish and benefit thee most wretched yet wealthiest of so called refugees in the world!
      If Diplomacy with Iran fails then Israel will excersize its sovereign right to defend itself ,this is not an option,this is after all why Israel exists to protect the Jewish state.

    Since 1947 (and before) Arabs have not accepted a Jewish presence in the area. Bibi correctly said that until they accept a Jewish state there can be no peace. Hamas and Abbas have told their own people that any agreement with the “Zionist Entity” would be only a step on the path to eradication of Israel. If Israel can hold out, maybe some future generation of Arabs will be sick of the whole thing and will agree to peace. Until then, discussion of other issues is a waste of time.

    It was an impressive speech and it was gratifying to see our congress welcome him. At this point it is undeniably clear that the Palestinian Arabs have no intention of making any sort of real peace. I think that leaves Israel with only one choice… set viable parameters that protect Israel’s sovereignty and then stick to them.

    The prime minister bents over backward to keep America as friend. I am very sad ; ” If God is for us, who can be against us ” Hezekia did it and David the Psalmist and others.
    We need to uphold him B.N. in our prayers fervantly and uphold his arms as Aaron did for Moses…

      Anna de Greeff– Prayer is good and all of us secular or otherwise can do this.
      However because we are few on the ground compared to the other groups of people we need to make our voices heard. We need to make one voice equal100 of every body else’s.

      We all need to badger our parliamentary representatives.
      We need to badger all the media every time they print a lie or half truth about Israel.
      Every time a news media dose likewise – contact them – complain.

      We cannot just leave it to org`s like HR. They do a great job- But it needs volume.

      So get on the phone-
      Get out the pen and paper-
      Star emailing-
      Complain, complain complain.

    I thought he presented the case very clearly and forcefully. And with great warmth of spirit.

    And, I believe him when he says Israel will not permit Iran to have a nuclear weapon. Whatever it takes, he will do. With or without the U.S.

    Iran is foolish to persist. They are like the guy who has to piss on the electric fence to see if it works.

    Better they switch to solar power and then proclaim, “we found a cheaper way to get energy; like Germany we are switching over from the pursuit of nuclear energy to alternatives”. They really could do this successfully. Solar is cheaper.

    Win-Win. Save face, save money, avoid sanctions/attack. They would actually do something for their country, instead of their sad egos. That is, if they were .smart and not nuts. Unfortunately , they are nuts.

    To Susan R. and the billions who believe that Man was created by God.
    It in fact is God who was created by Man, and Man has created different Gods from his beginnings on earth, either to gain power over the masses,and as a business venture that has proved to be extremely profitable, using the fear of a God and death to promote whatever God they created.
    Eventually it will be power of Man who will win the battle.

      Prove it!
      Just as you believe Man created God – So others believe God created man-
      Neither of you can substantiate your hypotheses.

      I ask one question- How did it all begin?
      And I dont mean this planet and all thats on it- I mean everything – For as much as we know about “Big Bang” and String ” theories. We really know nothing- for the Galaxies are vast- and so many of them. Then go the other way into Nano physics- We still know more or less nothing -
      Until we no the answer to these questions – Its an open book and one of faith.

      So Joe dont be so sure – hedge your bets,

    I have experienced that prayer changes everything and as long as we humble ourselves and seek God’s help, miracles will happen.
    May our Lord God Almighty keep Prime Minister Netanyahu under His anointing and lead him in all decisions he makes. This precious soul is forthright and his boldness in the face of adversity comes from a deep conviction and love for his nation and his people.
    He need the prayers of all who believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and as a Christian I will add myself to uphold him in prayer.
