A shout out to readers in India getting back online after a massive power outage.

While the lights were off, Home Minister P. Chidambaram, decided to send a delegation to visit Israel’s security fence “to assess technologies that New Delhi could implement at its fence with Pakistan and Bangladesh.”

And four Indian navy ships arrived in Haifa for a goodwill visit.
