Hillel Neuer
International lawyer, diplomat, writer and activist, Hillel C. Neuer is the Executive Director of UN Watch, a human rights NGO in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2018, McGill University awarded Neuer with an honorary doctorate for his work to advance human rights, and for being “a voice for those without one.” In 2016, the City of Chicago declared Hillel Neuer Day, citing his role “as one of the world’s foremost human rights advocates” and his contributions to “promote peace, justice and human rights around the world.” The Tribune de Genève described Neuer as a human rights activist who is “feared and dreaded” by the world’s dictatorships.
Charles Bybelezer, Managing Editor
Originally from Montreal, Charles made Aliyah in 2012. Upon arriving in Israel, Charles worked as a Breaking News Editor at The Jerusalem Post before joining i24news. During his time there, Charles created and directed the programming for three unique, hour-long daily television shows. He then moved to The Media Line, an American news agency, and currently is Managing Editor at HonestReporting, where his extensive knowledge of Israel, coupled with his keen understanding of the way news is generated, provides the editorial team with out-of-the-box perspectives and ideas in order to enhance the manner in which media bias is identified and responded to.
