Romney Trapped by the Israel Lobby Spider?

July 22, 2012 11:57 by

Commenting on US Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s upcoming visit to Israel, The Independent’s Rupert Cornwell employs some disturbing imagery to describe the so-called “Israel Lobby.”

Where does Cornwell get his colorful description from? Try this anti-Semitic propaganda cartoon straight from the pages of the Nazi publication Der Stürmer in the 1930s:

Caption: “Sucked dry.” Explanation: The caricature suggests the Jews are sucking the economic life from Gentiles. It is one of numerous Stürmer cartoons comparing Jews to inhuman and unpleasant creatures. (February 1930)

He’s not saying anything most Obamatrons don’t already furiously believe. He’s preaching to the choir.

Cornwell’s pattern of antisemitism is pretty well documented………

Cromwell’s reporting is simply regurgitated propaganda. It is part of the playbook to divert from the really influential lobby of the Saudis, foreign energy, and the Banking Industry. These reporters only sink their credibility in relation to all of their pieces, and that of the entire publication.I have found over the years, that such lies concerning Israel and the Jewish Lobby, signal a completely non-credible, or trustworthy outlet in toto.
Frankly, after all of this time, they simply sound lazy, stupid, and corrupt, and completely, disrespectful of their readers and themselves, apparently. Hate precludes the ability to think, negating objectivity.Yet,HonestReporting must continue. Thank you.

The most important part is this big “if.”

Is the US the biggest roadblock to the war between Jewish and Arab Palestinians? No. The Jewish Agency for Palestine as early as 1937 accepted every peace plan offered. The Peel Commission Report in 1937, the UN Partition Plan ten years later.

The Jewish Agency had no choice but to declare independence. Now Israel, it had to defend itself. Yet it is the one that has said yes to every peace plan since. The answer has been wars of annihilation.

The roadblock is Arab rejectionism and anyone with a brain knows it.

The use of ‘Der Sturmer’ type imagery is pretty standard for the Independent when alluding to Jews. Ten years ago during the Second Intifada they published a cartoon of Ariel Sharon biting the heads off Arab babies, the implication that he was sucking their blood also. The toothless Press Complaints Commission ruled it wasn’t anti-Semitic but then they would probably rule the same for ‘Der Sturmer’ if it were still around. Along with the Guardian, the Independent is probably the most Jew-hostile paper in Britain and they make no secret of it.

I just have a simple question to the intolerant British newspapers towards Israel: supposing Israel were an independent State in the teens 1940′s, and instead of Europe, it was being invaded by the Nazi tanks, would Churchill et. al. be so eager to an encore of the famous invasion? Often it is a great mind exercise to pull back the string of History and ask “what if…?”

Do people ever examine the Palestinian lobby (generally hidden in subconscious)? What about the fact that Muslims have a bias, like Christians, but it surounds Israel, rather than it being Israel…

Was just a thought. P.S. I hold no grudge.

Yes, before Israel came into being, anti-Semite meant a person with a hatred for Jews. Now it also means a person who hates Israel. Remember, Israel is the land of the Jews. If you hate the land of the Jews, ipso facto you hate the Jews in their land. You can’t hate one and love the other, can you now? So by strict definition Rupert Cornwall is anti-Semitic.

One is no longer surprised at the rantings of the BBC, The Independent and the Guardian.
I suppose the influence of Saudi Arabia, Quait and all the Arab petrodollars has never even
entered the mind of these so called indepent media.
Last week on the World Service there was an interview with family members of Romano the
Israeli athlete murdered by PLO terrorists. All the people interviewed, including German security personnel referred to the killers as terrorists -except of course- the BBC man who deliberately and continuously referred to them as’militants’.

As I have stated repeatedly, the only “real influence” on this planet are OIL, PETRODOLLARS and fear of ARAB/ISLAMIC TERRORISM. Israel’s regular haters in the Western media feel very
comfortable with these scourges, as long as no harm befalls them. One can assume that petrocheques flow freely to the friendly press, as indeed they do across hundreds of campuses in the West.

There is one more comment I wish to make. The BBC’s refusal to recognize Jerusalem as the Capitol of Israel really means it has taken it upon itself to ‘vote’ out what International Law and the sovereign Nation of Israel has instituted as such. It has anointed itself the final court and Legislature of the Globe. The BBC has no standing legally on this matter
in any context. It’s Charter is under the United Kingdom, I believe, and, therefore, subject to investigation and sanction by the governing entities.
Surely, there must be recourse for such egregious action, once and for all. Again, this is further proof of the BBC’s insistence on discrediting itself.

It is a given that a very large proportion of the “journalists” in the Old World are tainted with hatred against the Jewish People. After all, they are products of the cultural heritage into which they were born, a heritage that began with Paul of Tarsus, the Church fathers, the Crusaders, the pogromists, Karl Marx and the communist movement, and the German National Socialist Democratic Party and so on.

How do we combat this poison or this disease? That is what needs to preoccupy us. Rationality, education etc don’t work- evidence: Most of the nazi hierarchy were holders of PhD degrees.
Dr mengele held a medical degree.

So what else is new. Times may have changed but the underlying hatred of the Jews and Israel are on the rise. As Okey rightly said its not education that will change people’s hearts and minds or bring upon them a deep conviction of such crimes as anti Semitism. The world stayed silent while these calamities and horrors were taking place before. That silence spoke volumes and still does. No repentance whatsoever, only justification.
One thing is different though – people now seem to have found their voice and are using it to bring home some much needed revelation of the current situation and calling a spade a spade.

How many ways does the Government Press Offices (J’M) need to see evidence that the BBC is a hostile news gathering organization, sworn to the destruction of Israel?
