Why I’m worried about the new NYT correspondent

May 7, 2012 16:53 by

I’m getting seriously worried that Jodi Rudoren, the new New York Times Jerusalem correspondent is letting herself be manipulated by critics of Israel. If you just peruse her Twitter account @Rudoren (which she been using quite frequently), it will give you some idea of the slant of her coverage.

Here’s how I feel about her latest article — long on sympathy for Islamic Jihad members, short on covering the Israeli side (in fact, she doesn’t even cover the Israeli side.)

What do you think?

“letting herself be manipulated”? what I think is that you are being too kind, way past withholding judgment time imo

    She’s not a correspondent – she’s the bureau chief.

What do the ‘Palestinians’ consider incitement? The existence of Israel.

Sorry. Should have referred to previous listing. I am doing this outside in the sun. Cannot see my screen clearly.
