20 Years of Fatah and Favre

It's official: Fatah party congress scheduled for August 4 in Bethlehem, its first in 20 years.

In other words, the last time Fatah met for a party confab, Brett Favre was getting ready for his junior season in college, Gilad Shalit was three-years-old, and the Oslo talks were years away.
