Grinch2We knew a grinch would strike. And sure enough, one named Kenneth Woodward got a screed trashing Israel’s treatment of Bethlehem and the Christian community published in the Wall St. Journal.

Here’s what Woodward’s commentary doesn’t say:

• The security fence is saving Israeli lives.

• Israel is accommodating Bethlehem’s holiday tourism by easing security restrictions and scaling back security ops in the area.

• Bethlehem is having it’s best tourist season since the intifada began.

• The town’s Muslim-Christian relations ain’t so rosy.

Har Homa was never “Christian land.”

A lump of coal for Mr. Woodward’s stocking. . . .
