The Palestinian Journalists Union claims that the Hamas government has been threatening reporters writing critical articles. To it’s credit, this Reuters update acknowledges that Palestinian reporters with their own political agendas aren’t squeaky clean either:
The mainstream Palestinian media have tended to favor Fatah in news coverage. The largest media outlets, especially in radio and on the government-run television station, have been highly critical of Hamas policies since the group took office.
