Reporters Without Borders is pushing to make attacks on journalists a war crime.

Sounds great, as long as it also becomes a war crime for terrorists to impersonate or embed themselves among journalists.

Do you really think the UN will define who is a journalist better than say, the NY Times or the Newseum?
