Just a few weeks ago, the Canadian Medical Association Journal backtracked somewhat when HonestReporting Canada took action against a similar article.
And shortly before that, the British Medical Journal took on HonestReporting, accusing us of stifling free speech. This led Dr. Simon Fishman to document the BMJ's disproportionate interest in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Remember when successfully jumping through the hoops of peer review to get published in these journals was considered prestigious?
