Newsweek columnist Chris Dickey was impressed by a peace proposal put forward in a document by Marwan Barghouti (pictured) and other Palestinian prisoners. But the Washington Institute for Near East Policy wasn’t, saying “the text of the document much more closely resembles Hamas’s own political program.”
