A federal jury ruled that the PA and the PLO owe Moshe Saperstein $16 million for injuries in a February, 2002 terror attack. Under US terror laws, the amount could be trebled. About 10 similar suits are pending. AP describes Saperstein’s next step:
The Sapersteins’ attorney, Robert Josefsberg, said he will work to identify potential Palestinian assets in the United States, Israel and elsewhere to satisfy the judgment.
