The Independent goes for a headline that, for the uninformed, sounds like Israel is doing the attacking:

The headlines above are symptomatic of a trend whereby Palestinians are let off the hook for initiating terror attacks. Instead, inanimate objects or geographical locations are substituted for the real headline – Palestinians are attacking Israelis.

Just what will it take for the media to say it clearly?
