Tell Luke Baker and the Foreign Press Association that the Media IS biased against Israel — and we can prove it!
Luke Baker, Reuters bureau chief in Jerusalem and the current chairperson of Israel’s Foreign Press Association (FPA), has publicly rejected accusations that there is a strong anti-Israel bias in the media. He has said:
However, based on the number of incidents (including many from Reuters) where HonestReporting and others have called out the media and forced corrections, this is patently untrue. Baker himself was caught out for bias as recently as October 2015 when he falsely claimed that Israeli undercover police were deliberately inciting Palestinian youths to throw stones, therefore giving the police the excuse to arrest the stone-throwers.

Dear Mr. Baker:
You state that IF the media make mistakes in coverage of Israel, they quickly correct them, while you reject the charge that the foreign media is biased against Israel. But the record is clear and unambiguous — a consistent anti-Israel bias exists in a significant proportion of the western media — including Reuters.
We call upon you review the facts, acknowledge the problem, and take the appropriate remedial action.
