Telegraph Removes Reference to Israeli Teen Killed by "IDF Fire"

Credit to the Daily Telegraph for taking immediate action upon being informed by HonestReporting of this highly unfortunate error that appeared in this story on an accompanying timeline of the 2014 Gaza conflict. The following part of the timeline refers to the three kidnapped Israeli teens whose brutal murders played such a significant role in the events of summer 2014:

Of course, Gil-Ad Shaer, Naftali Frenkel and Eyal Yifrah were murdered in cold blood by Hamas terrorists and certainly not by any “live IDF fire.”

The entire timeline has now been removed. We assume that if and when it is restored, this erroneous text will have been amended.
