According to the Maan News Agency, Palestinian journalists got feisty when Hamas tried to arrest Palestine TV satellite channel manager, Muhammad Dawoudi:
Media sources told Ma’an that the Executive Force entered Dawoudi’s home in the residential part of the tower and attempted to arrest him, yet dozens of journalists intervened and prevented the arrest.
Think about this: When it comes to resisting Hamas, even the Union of Palestinian Journalists appears to be more successful than Fatah. As long as the West is providing Fatah with weapons to counter Hamas, why not arm the journalists instead?
