The Guardian Retracts Ceasefire Tweet

One HonestReporting subscriber called out The Guardian’s journalists when he saw this tweet:

Of course, the Gaza ceasefire did not collapse as a result of Israeli attacks – it collapsed six hours earlier when Hamas continued to fire rockets at Israel.

The tweet was swiftly removed and replaced with this more palatable tweet:

Now if only The Guardian would do something about its live blog headline:
