Memri blog reports that the PA asked the Egyptian government to stop broadcasting Hamas’ Al-Aqsa TV on Nilesat, Egypt’s government controlled satellite broadcaster.
Nilesat reaches millions of viewers across northern Africa and the Mideast. Until earlier this year, Nilesat also broadcast the infamous Al-Zawraa TV. Given the Egyptian government’s animosity for the Muslim Brotherhood — which Hamas is a part of — it’s a wonder the PA even has to ask.
