The Israeli death toll surpassed 250 on Saturday evening as Palestinian terrorists continued firing barrages of rockets from Gaza.
A surprise early-morning invasion saw Hamas terrorists infiltrate Israel before attacking more than 20 communities, slaughtering people in their homes and kidnapping others who were forcibly taken to Gaza.
Within hours of the attack, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated: “Citizens of Israel, we are at war, not in an operation or in rounds, but at war.”
