Biography
Raised as a Muslim in Kuwait, Mark knew his maternal grandmother was Jewish but didn’t know that by Jewish law he was a Jew… until one day at his university in Canada when a rabbi revealed this reality to him. His grandmother’s conversion to Islam didn’t change the fact that she is Jewish, which makes his mother, and him, Jewish.
Not too long after he started investigating his roots, Mark became an advocate for Israel, connecting Israeli and Arab companies. He currently lives in Jerusalem, learning at a yeshiva in the Old City.
