The Daily Telegraph reports that two top terror leaders quietly left Syria after getting packing orders from Damascus. Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal is now in Qatar while the head of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Ramadan Shallah (pictured) is now in Lebanon under Hezbollah protection. Shallah gave the order for the recent Tel Aviv suicide bombing.
