The Montreal Gazette pulls no punches with this vivid criticism of Hezbollah. Good grief:
Hezbollah is not a conventional foe and can’t be fought like one. It lives like a parasite in the entrails of a dysfunctional state, hides its fighters among a civilian population, and launches rockets and sneak attacks on civilian settlements before slipping back north to hide behind the skirts of Lebanon’s tattered sovereignty. It is a despicable organization, and sadly, it continues to threaten the peace.
First sewage rat, now parasite. For Hassan Nasrallah, a headline comparing him to pond scum would be an improvement.
