Yes the Gov. have the right to publish the photos of the Murdered family in Itamar.
Yes the have thwe rught to sanction the Journalist that took part in the Flotilla.
The state comptroller is wrong to critizicize the Gov. that was the only way to deal with terrorists.
It’s a good national unity Gov.

Nathan, you have missed the ‘Hidden Agenda’ bit of this recommendation which is to allow the hundreds of illegal arab structures also to be made legal. And yes, there are by far more arab illegal buildings than Jewish ones. As an aside, a lot of these Jewish settlements were given permission by past Israeli governments to build on this ‘disputed’ land. I am afraid your fine ideas for these disputed territories, by agreement and compromise, is a non-starter because Abbas (the architect of The Munich Olympics Massacre) stated in Cairo last March ‘I will not permit one Jew to live in my Palestinian State, not even if one Jew is in the U.N.Peacekeeping Force’. Well! there goes your fine ideals!

Come support Regavim at our home 3 Gihon St. #4 Abu Tor, Jerusalem (052) 746-0157 this Sunday eve at 7 PM to hear how these 9 fellows are successfully petitioning to have illegal Arab and Beduin villages and homes destroyed because they know that our government has not policed construction on state land as it should. Do not be frustrated by people who disregard the real legal status of Israel which derives from the San Remo Conference of 1922. We need to have the constituency government that will allow us to remove politicians who do not hew to their past positions, promises, party platform. We are switching from Likud to Habayit Yehudit. You might, too. thelandofisrael.co/knesset

For decades it has seemed, to an outside observer, that no Israeli government or Israeli grassroots movement has vigorously asserted Israel’s incontrovertible, easily demonstrable right to sovereignty over the entire territory which is embodied in the1922 League of Nations Mandate.
This has enabled the enemy to brainwash people all over the world (many of them willing victims).
It’s high time for the truth to be proclaimed constantly and loudly.

I get the heebeegeebees when I see banners like the “Levy Report Aims to Right Historical Wrongs”. We never right historical wrongs, the past is the past we can only apply what is right or do what is wrong, now. Abbas statement about no Jews will be allowed in the state of Palestine and not even one Jew will be permitted to participate in the UN peace force” is an indicatior that the Islamic perspective the Palestinian leadership has always been steering towards seeks to impose an Islamic world view that has little changed through history. Shariah law does not right wrongs and will steer the region toward human rights abuses, growing ever more intolerant of everything not Muslim.

Yes, we can correct the false notion of a two state solution, hew to our rights, and show the world that Islam and Sharia are inimical to Western and paticularly liberal values. Moshe Dayan started forfeiting our rights by giving the Wakf control of the Temple Mount we just liberated. No Prime Minister has condemned the false history the Arabs teach or demanded an end to their hatred and incitement. We can demand allegiance to our Jewish State with funds used to support both Hamas and Fatah redirected to the “refugee exchange” that occurred after every other border change in the world EXCEPT FOR IN ISRAEL. The Jewish refugees were greater than the Arabs displaced!

Absolutely — It’s about time the world understands the legal rights of the Israelis; perhaps finally the world will hear the truth and disregard the pernicious yet so willingly accepted lies.

If God is restoring the nation of Israel it is better for Israel to carefully listen to what HaShem
wants Israel to do in the coming days. Judea and Samaria are the property of HaShem and He is restoring Yesha to the Jewish People. The world better stop listening to false gods which are no gods at all but start study the Word of God to find out what It says about the return of the Jewish People to Israel from the four corners of the earth in the last days before the return of Yeshua HaMashiah when He will reign from Jerusalem. There is not much time left to make peace with Him and with His People.

The alleged illegality of Israel’s occupation of the West Bank is the most fundamental of the anti-Israel brigade’s arguments. Time to assert over and over again that this occupation is legal in that it was approved by the only international agency at the time and this approval has never been withdrawn. So, legal in international law, yes. Wise? That’s another issue.

Accepting the Levy Committee’s recommendation is a walk down the road that will lead to the end of Israel as a Jewish state. This recommendation reverses the world-consensus that the territories are occupied lands. And if there is no occupation, either the Palestinians are either given citizenship or they are restricted to Bantustans. I don’t believe that world opinion and history will permit a group of people to be thus restricted. If the Palestinians are given citizenship, Arafat’s prediction about the Arab womb conquering Israel will come to fruition, and the Jewish voting population will be smaller than the Palestinian voting population, and Israel will no longer be a Jewish state.
Hot debate. What do you think?

Not only should they accept the recommendation. The Prime Minister needs to reassert his old position that the only Palestine is Jordan, institutionalize Regavim and recover all the land OCCUPIED BY ARABS AND NON-ALLEGIANT BEDUINS that Regavim has documented as part of declaring sovereignty over ALL OF OUR HOMELAND including THE TEMPLE MOUNT, Let’s start by monitoring all education, TV and media to make sure only peace and harmony are taught. Without stopping PA, Hamas and UNWRA incitement, we will never see peace.

It is about time the Israeli government tells the world that Jews have a legal right to build communities in Judea, Samaria and the rediculously-named “East Jerusalem”, much of which is at the far western limit of the city and which also includes the old city (including, of course, the Western Wall and the Temple Mount).

Without question, the Levy Report should be adopted. The rest of the world will castigate Israel no matter what. Justice Levy’s conclusions are based on historical fact and should be accepted by the people who matter – the Israelis.

One of the biggest mistakes in history remains Israel’s failure to annex ALL of Judea and Samaria, which they should have done in 1967, along with Gaza and Sinai. The only greater mistake of which they were guilty was immediately placing control over the Temple Mount back in the hands of the Islamists. Had they properly dealt with these two matters then, the outcry would have been minimal. Now, after allowing the lies of “the palestinian people” and “the third holiest place to islam” to grow and “prosper” for 45 long years, the natural bent of the world in general to accept anything antisemitic as “truth” will create an international uproar. Such a shame!

Absolutely. Israel needs to assert its rights in public. Too much of our PR problem comes from refusing to make bold public statements.
Acknowledge the report, annex the Golan Heights, Judea, and Samaria.

Why are you, Honest Reporting, a JEWISH site calling Yehudah/Judea/Judah and Shomrom/Samaria the ‘West Bank’ and the communities ‘Settlers’? This goes along with my other comment on how Israel can give a better image – by stopping being on the DEFENSIVE and get onto being on the OFFENSIVE! We know what the right name of this area is, and we know it hasn’t been the ‘West Bank’ since Israel resoundingly beat Jordan, 25 yrs ago! Whatsmore, Jordan gave up all rights to Judah and Samaria which THEY had called the West Bank some years later? We need to start referring to this area and these Israelis by their rightful name.

I understand the report and its legal message, however, as one, who wore the IDF uniform in June 1967, the war was not waged to get real estate for the new orthodox schnorers to build a marble duplex, defended by youth from the big cities, while they send their kids on a phony mission to become religious scholars while picking a pay check on the side…it was a war of necessity, not a conquest of territory and the idea of spreading into every hole where the Arabs live is rather distasteful, I chose to leave Israel shortly after the war and never thought of coming back, this entire adventure into the West bank got uglier by the year as the proposition of living side by side is dead.

Absolutely! The reasons that we now have the land are in the past, and those Jewish anti Semites that choose to use this forum for anti religious purposes without actually answering the question have contributed nothing.
Yes, adopt the report, we are damned if we do and damned if we don’t, so elt’s just do the right and legal thing. Yesha is ours – by laws that have NEVER been repealed. Why be ashamed of it?
Yes also to the comment about terminology, the West bank is a Jordanian term and settlers are a political construct. We have Israel, and we have citizens.
