Terror Only Happens in the UK

Coverage includes photos of the concrete block and large rocks that struck unfortunate motorists and a video featuring one of the victims. The headline calls the incident terror, and readers are posting comments that the perpetrators — kids, quite possibly — should be locked away for the rest of their lives.
Oh yeah, the incident was in Essex, not Israel. Stone throwing’s only treated as terror when it happens in the UK.
