• The BBC renders its own legal ruling on settlement activity:
The settlements are illegal under international law, although Israel disputes this.
That definitive wording, in the Beeb’s own voice, is like definitively stating:
The cover up of the Malcolm Balen report is illegal in UK and EU law, although the BBC disputes this.
As for the legality of settlements, Nicholas Rostow‘s well-rounded piece overturns the Beeb’s decision. Case dismissed.
